Thursday, August 27. I walked into the room and yelled I’m from Florida where y’all from. Maine, California, Iowa, Arkansas, New Orleans, and more came back at me. I used this small exercise to prove the size of our organization.

The workshop, sponsored by the Past Commodores Association provided the facilitators, Past National Commodore Viggo Bertelsen and Past District 1 North Commodore Carolyn Belmore.

Commodore Belmore detailed the comings and goings of the conference, what to see and do, who you might meet and see and some great suggestions for getting the most from their attendance.

PNACO Bertelsen supplied a lot of the history of the conference and he offered his suggestions about what to see and do. After a question and answer period the class retired to the 100 degree heat outside for a workshop photo.
