January 31. Most of the class work is done, the lights are out in the meeting rooms and the computers are stowed for the night. Saturday night at NTrain is reserved for a bit of fellowship. While the National Bridge Officers were greeting the arriving members, new relationships were cemented and old friendships were renewed on the inside.
For an hour or so, a bit of wine and a nip of cheese become the catalyst for an evening of relaxation. Many groups formed and headed downtown or just around the block for a nice dinner and a bit of socializing. Some stayed back and just relaxed in the hotel.
The fourth cornerstone was at work at NTrain.
Often overheard: “I hope to see you at NACON in Chicago.”
