Chicago, August 25. The National Conference (NACON) provides an opportunity for each of the National Directorate Commodores (NADCO) to meet in closed door session with the Department Chiefs (DC) within their directorate.
Matters of import to each department are discussed, ideas are shared and problem solving discussions are the norm. Meetings of this nature sit at various times throughout the year.
“This is a great forum for us to establish alliances across department boundaries,” said one Department Chief.
