1. I note with pride and am pleased to commend you for your performance of duty while serving as Chief, Incident Management Division from July 2007 to August 2008. Your superlative leadership and remarkable team spirit were instrumental to enabling the Auxiliary Sector Coordinator Training Planning Committee to develop a ground-breaking training program for this pivotal Auxiliary liaison position. Exhibiting superior judgment and managerial skill, you worked closely with an Auxiliary team made up of members of two National departments to organize and deliver a three-day set of training modules to new Auxiliary Sector Coordinators. Your thorough integration of Coast Guard Sector program manager input was essential to shaping a comprehensive training regimen. As a direct result of your efforts, Auxiliary Sector Coordinators have a solid, tailored, and clear course upon which they can properly prepare to execute their vital roles and responsibilities.

2. You are commended for your outstanding performance of duty. By your meritorious service, you have upheld the highest traditions of the United States Coast Guard and the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary.

3. You are hereby authorized to wear the Auxiliary Commandant's Letter of Commendation Ribbon Bar.
