Friday morning, August 31. By direction of the National standing rules, the "Committee of the Whole" meets in semi-formal fashion to hear reports of progress and activity within the Auxiliary ranks.

Each National Area Rear Commodore (ARCO), the National Chief of Staff, the Chief Director and the President of the National Association of Commodores present their reports. The committee does not vote or take action during the course of this meeting. Those items requiring a vote of the National Board are held for the General Assembly that sits on Saturday.
