Friday Night Fun Night – "Colonial Portsmouth" Article and photos by Mel Borofsky, Editor SITREP Click here to see more pictures. Back to ISAR 2006
The first day of competition closed with a "raid" by members of Portsmouth’s historical (and hysterical) past. Local folks in authentic costume provided comedy, singing and a skit. The skit involved the laying of a keel and the building of a "ship" with Auxiliarists making up the ribs and sides. The players toured the room during the buffet dinner providing a lot of laughter and jovial fun. "Grog" was the libation of the evening. |
