Every Auxiliary District now has a very significant online presence, with their unit websites communicating to both our members and the boating public 24/7/365. These Auxiliary websites now total nearly 800, and receive well over 3 million “hits” per year.

The best examples of our websites are honored annually with the Best of Web competition and awards. This year’s contest was especially spirited with the BOW Awards presented at NACON 2005 in Orlando, FL! The webmasters of these sites have spent countless hours to create engaging, and effective websites that deliver the Auxiliary message in a highly professional manner.

Runners-up websites were Flotilla 1- of District 11th Southern http://sandiegocgaux.org/, Division 2 of District 9th Western http://www.uscgaux.org/~09502/index.html, and District 13 http://www.uscgaux.org/~130/! They received a certificate and 1 Star logo for their sites.

Winning websites were Flotilla 11-3 of District 11th Northern http://www.renocgaux.org/, Division 7 of District 13 http://www.cgaux1307.org/, and District 11th Northern http://www.uscgaux-d11nr.org/! They also received certificate, and a distinctive Trophy and 5 Star Logo.
